The ProServe Alliance Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing, nurturing, and expanding Deloitte's professional services Go-To-Market capabilities through Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role is crucial for enhancing the awareness and understanding of Deloitte's extensive capabilities and capacity, both internally and externally, and for driving joint Go To Market sales initiatives with key partners. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enabling our professional services teams to leverage alliances effectively, ultimately contributing to revenue growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

Alliance Strategy & Development:

• Identify & evaluate opportunities that align with Deloitte's professional services GTM objectives and growth areas.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to maximise mutual value and drive joint business outcomes.
• Lead and support the planning and execution of joint GTM initiatives, campaigns, and sales plays with ProServe, focusing on specific solutions, sectors, or service lines.
• Facilitate collaborative sales efforts, including joint account planning, pipeline development, and opportunity management.

Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within ProServe and across Deloitte's service lines, industry teams, and leadership.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ProServe, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

Go-To-Market Enablement:

• Design and deliver enablement programmes, training, and resources to ensure Deloitte's professional services teams and ProServe have a deep understanding of our capabilities, capacity, and value propositions.
• Create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and messaging that articulate the joint value proposition of Deloitte and ProServe.
• Gather market intelligence and partner feedback to inform Deloitte's professional services strategy and identify new opportunities for collaboration

Awareness & Education:

• Increase internal and external awareness of Deloitte's professional services offerings and delivery capacity through targeted communication and engagement strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AWS solutions and how they integrate with Deloitte's services.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track, analyse, and report on sales performance, GTM effectiveness, and revenue generation against agreed-upon metrics and KPIs.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on alliance health, pipeline, and strategic initiatives.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

• Experience in Alliance Management, business development, GTM strategy, or sales enablement roles within a professional services, consulting, or technology environment.
• Demonstrable understanding of Go-To-Market strategies and their application in a complex, client-facing organisation.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed organisation is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM planning tools.
