Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Salary: up to £55,000pa

The role

This is where you come in, the role of Proposition Manager is important to our future growth plans.

As a Proposition Manager specialising in Telecoms, IT, and IoT, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of innovative proposition solutions that drive business growth and meet customer needs in the market. You will play a critical role in defining product strategies, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class products to market.

What will your day to day look like?

• Lead the end-to-end proposition development process, from concept to launch.
• Develop and execute proposition strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends in the telecoms, IT, and IoT sectors.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market needs, trends, and opportunities for product innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives, including revenue growth, customer adoption, and user satisfaction.

What do we expect of you?

• Strong understanding of telecom technologies, IT systems, and IoT platforms and solutions.
• Demonstrable ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and meet customer needs.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and drive continuous improvement.

It would be great if you had knowledge of Agile and Lean product development methodologies.
