We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercial Property Project Manager to join itsu. The candidate will be responsible for providing end to end programme and project management of all property related projects. Project managing and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities as well as commercial negotiations with suppliers.
The role will report into the Property Director and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that new stores roll out and projects are completed within budget and on time
skill and responsibility overview
- Project Management Leadership : Lead and develop project management for new shop openings (NSOs) and other interventions within shops), ensuring all targets and deadlines are met, and key learnings are implemented post-project.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external consultants, contractors and suppliers ensuring effective collaboration and project delivery.
- Communication and Coordination : Ensure clear communication of project plans, updates, and changes to relevant [internal] departments, facilitating smooth project execution.
- Compliance : Be the functional expert regarding Building Regulations and CDM
- Commercial : Evaluate and negotiate framework agreements with Tier1 and Tier 2 consultants/suppliers/contractors.
this is you
- Experience: Proven experience in property development, ideally within the retail or hospitality sectors.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in surveying, construction management or equivalent experience
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of retail and hospitality property markets, lease negotiations, and financial analysis.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate specifications and build relationships with landlords and stakeholders.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external partners.
- Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
