Join us as a Project Manager, where you'll be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring they meet the agreed design brief, company standards, and objectives. You will work closely with senior and operational teams across the business to optimise our property portfolio and drive profitability. The role is in London/Home Counties and will require a blend of time in our Burton office, in the field and liaison with the Property Services Lead.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the agreed design brief, ensuring compliance with company policy and statutory obligations.
• Work closely with senior teams and operational teams to maintain effective communication and establish key project milestones.
• Maximise financial returns through careful planning, effective cost management, and value engineering.
• Champion specific design elements, ensuring brand consistency across the portfolio and collaborating with the Lead Designers to implement design updates.
• Develop and maintain best practices and procedures to ensure continuous improvement in the design and construction process.
• Participate in industry bodies to stay informed of trends, opportunities, and best practices in design and construction.

What you'll bring...

• Proven experience in delivering multi-site pub or leisure developments.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and implementation skills with a strong focus on delivering results within budget.
• Experience in managing property assets to enhance presentation and operational effectiveness.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence executive teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• An ability to analyse problems and make decisive, informed decisions.
• A creative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on innovative solutions and alternative strategies.
• A thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, including Building Control, Planning, and Health & Safety regulations.
