Could you be Incommunities new Property Marketing Manager? We are looking for a marketing professional with experience of new build and shared ownership marketing to join us on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join us and play a pivotal role in the marketing of our growth programme, which is set to deliver around 350 new affordable homes per year up to 2030 across Yorkshire.

We are a social housing landlord and one of the largest housing providers in the region with over 22,000 social and affordable homes, mainly in the Bradford district. We employ a talented workforce of nearly 1,000 people.

Responsibilities
- Work with the Director of Development and Regeneration to develop and implement a marketing strategy for the wider development and regeneration function, taking a place-based marketing approach.
- Develop our approach to stakeholder management and engagement, writing awards submissions, developing case studies and supporting with our presence at external events (e.g. UKREiiF).
- Maximise publicity and generate positive PR, internally and externally, around our growth and regeneration strategy as well as site specific pre and post sales release PR opportunities.
- Maintain an understanding of the housebuilding and Registered Provider sector, identifying key stakeholders and opportunities to raise awareness of the organisation within this network.
- Work with the Head of Sales and Aftercare to support the development of the sales and marketing service and to develop and implement the property marketing strategy.
- Manage all commercial marketing and lead generation activities to promote sales of homes across our developments, delivering against targets (volume and quality) for each development within an agreed budget.
- Lead on creating and delivering innovative marketing plans and campaigns for new home developments, across the lifecycle of the development, and analyse effectiveness post activity.
- Responsibility for co-ordinating the design and production of all marketing materials, including signage and printed materials to promote each development.
- Undertake market research to inform the approach to new schemes.
- Produce reports on marketing activity to show performance of campaigns and use results to improve future activity.
- Support with the design and set up of our on-site sales areas and show homes.
- Develop the homes section of the Incommunities website, structuring content and creating engaging and compelling content in various formats to promote our new developments to prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain our internal intranet pages.
- Create and maintain online platforms such as Right Move, Zoopla and On the Market.
- Manage the day-to-day marketing activities including the budget, preparing briefs, and coordinating the approval process while advising the Property Sales Advisors on brand and advertising guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum HND / Degree in Marketing or qualified by equivalent experience.
- Previous experience of managing marketing activities for a busy sales and marketing function in house building, construction or property marketing is essential.
- Experience in customer journey marketing using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Experience analysing and measuring digital media campaigns, using analytical tools such as Google analytics.
- Proficient user of IT including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience of developing, maintaining, and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- Design (using Adobe suite) and photography skills would be beneficial but not essential.
