About this Role:
We are looking for a Property Manager to join our Large and Complex team based in our brand new offices located in Highbury. It's a very friendly and supportive team enjoying success and growth in the portfolio of great buildings and clients.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small portfolio of new build properties (four sites and a single client) all located in Central London. You will support the Area Manager in managing the relationship between the company and its clients.
We work 1 day a week together in the office and then the remainder working remotely or on site as required.
Main Duties and Objectives:
- Deliver a great customer experience to our residents
- To be familiar with leases for properties within the portfolio and managing the covenants and ensuring that obligations are met in line with current property law.
- Prepare and manage budgets for properties within the portfolio.
- Work with our Client Accounts team to agree year end accounts for properties with the client and deal with enquiries as they arise.
- Carry out regular visits to properties within the portfolio and carry out resident engagement events and meetings.
- Appoint and manage the performance of contractors.
- Supported by our specialist Building Safety Team, ensure that all requirements of the BSA are complied with.
Essential Skills:
- Experience and knowledge in the management of a residential portfolio.
- Skilled at delivery of great customer service.
- ATPI qualified to a minimum.
- Great attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation.
- Experience of preparing and issuing budgets for properties.
- Ability to organise and run face to face meetings with Clients.
Bonus Skills:
- MTPI qualification (or willingness to work towards accreditation.)
- Experience of Building Safety Act / HRRB management
- Experience of managing site based staff (Concierge)
