The effective use of our limited real estate footprint ("space") is paramount to our ability to be efficient, support our colleagues and deliver excellent customer service for passengers.
We are recruiting for an individual to support the Senior Data Insights and Systems Manager to develop and maintain the Customer Property system and support the Customer Property Team. Enabling accurate reporting and invoicing or our customers.
The individual will contribute to the guardianship of space at Heathrow, ensuring data accuracy to enable interfaces between the property management system and GIS Space Manager system.
Responsibilities
- Leading the administration of the Property Manager System, inputting and processing data, data governance, delivering system enhancements, managing users and importantly be the systems expert to assist users and deliver training.
- Supporting the audit of Property agreements across the estate, comparing data within the Property Manager System to our GIS mapping software, and ensuring up to date documentation is available on SharePoint for the team.
- Enabling accurate KPI and geographic reporting, reviewing legal documents to capture specific data points to identify and enable future enhancements.
- Champion process improvement for our processes and data, ensuring data in our systems is accurate and reporting is available.
- Progress any systems issues, ensuring they are properly tracked and resolved. Any new system requirements managed and delivered.
Qualifications
- Experience of data analysis and process engineering gained from working in a similar role.
- Proven ability of excellent organisation skills with an eye for detail evidenced through experience in data entry.
- Ability to deliver data insights to support decision making.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Knowledge of existing property systems.
- Experience working within a property team.
- Knowledge of Heathrow Airport and existing governance.

Working Location
Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
