As a Promotional Data Analyst and Project Manager at Lidl, you'll be responsible for analysing promotional data to drive strategic decisions and managing promotional projects. From initiating projects to running reports, you'll work closely with various departments, including buying, marketing, and operations, to ensure that promotional campaigns are data-driven and align with company goals. You'll also be responsible for overseeing our price promotions budget.

What you'll do
- Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports on promotional performance.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Analyse internal and external data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform promotional strategies.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee promotional projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align promotional activities with overall business objectives.
- Price Promotions Budget Management: Manage the promotional budget, ensuring efficient use of resources across all activities.
What you'll need
- Proven experience in data analysis and project management, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent project management abilities, preferably with qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
