About the Role
This role will provide professional Operations project delivery support to the Project delivery manager, undertaking the activities required to coordinate and support a specific project which contributes to Cornerstone's business objectives.
This role will be responsible for the collection, compilation and assessment of data from across the cornerstone estate, highlighting risks, opportunities and tends and presenting this data for internal stakeholders.
The role holder will support with creating reports and managing the data and recommendations relating to this project as well as ensuing adherence to appropriate governance.
The role-holder will support the management of a supplier base in accordance with the contract framework and performance requirements so that the key project objectives are delivered on time, within budget and to the quality level Cornerstone expects.
Additionally, the role shall provide support to the Operations Project team as required to achieve Core Operation's wider objectives. This includes working across multiple projects at any one time, and the delivery of Additional Services instructions as and when they are generated by customer demand.
Project Planning support
Supporting with the planning of the assigned project capturing relevant data, including working to obtain the support of all interested parties.
Collating and managing reports and the project plan by collaborating with all relevant stakeholders, particularly the Cornerstone Engineering & Design and HSQE teams
Create and maintain project delivery plans that enable project progress to be measured and revised when needed to meet changing requirements. Supporting with the impact of scope change within the project and capturing any changes to the project plans accordingly
Project administration support
Supporting the Projects delivery manager to ensure effective project governance with multiple suppliers, responsible for meeting organisation, note taking and sharing follow up actions
Ensure records and data are kept accurate and updated in a timely manner as well as preparing reports and updates for the Project delivery manager and other stakeholders when required.
Report against targeted delivery and maintain tools and systems in line with project / delivery plans to show progress to all interested parties.
Follow up actions derived from the Survey results that are raised by the Projects Delivery Managers to internal and external stakeholders thus ensuring all are tracked through to closure.
Support with Finance queries relating to the project so that Cornerstone billing deadlines are met.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain effective working relationships with Cornerstone internal teams involved including Engineering & Design, Demand, HSQE, Legal, Property & Estates and Finance and other external suppliers, so that project risks are communicated, and strategies agreed collectively.
Working with the Projects delivery manger and wider operations team, promote a Health & Safety-first approach for all on-site activities, including survey and inspection, to ensure our suppliers are clear on Cornerstone's expectations on safe working practices and the CDM Regulations' roles and responsibilities.
Compliance & Security
Support and contribute actively to health and safety, quality, environmental, business continuity and information security arrangements that meet Cornerstone's ISO obligations, as well as that of our customers.

Administration experience in fast paced environment
Supporting Project Management
Excellent MS skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Clear and concise Communication skills
Ability to work with substantial amounts of data and produce reports.
