Location: Patcham Nursing Home, Brighton
Salary:

• Health Care Assistant: £12.85 per hour (£13.35 weekend)
• Senior Health Care Assistant: £13.35 per hour (£13.85 weekend)
  Hours: 24-36 hours per week

About the Role

We have exciting opportunities for both Health Care Assistants and Senior Health Care Assistants to join our team. Experience is beneficial, but a genuine commitment to compassionate care is what matters most.

You'll support residents with high-quality care, including:

• Dementia care
• Support for complex physical conditions
• Palliative and respite care

As part of our team, you'll help ensure residents' wellbeing and maintain our high standards of care.

Health Care Assistants:
• Compassionate, resident-focused, adaptable
• Strong communication skills

Senior Health Care Assistants:
• Previous care home experience essential
• Leadership skills to support colleagues
• Creative, resilient, and committed to quality care

Hours can be part-time or full-time with weekday and weekend shifts.
