Due to continuous growth and project support requirements we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in T&I (Transportation and Installation) and EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning) contracts. The role is critical to supporting the company's construction-related services and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic industry, contributing to the growth of the business

As Project Manager your main responsibility is to lead a team and be responsible for winning and delivering workscopes. In this role your responsibilities also includes project profitability by monitoring and controlling project performance against budget, schedule, quality and safety requirements. Contributing to developing regional project management capabilities, developing and maintaining standard project management processes and procedures, and ensuring staff adherence to them will also be an important part of your job.

Requirements

The position reports to the Regional Project Execution Manager

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of industry experience, with at least 10 years focused on delivering subsea-related projects.
  • Education: A relevant university degree in Marine, Naval Architecture, Hydrodynamics, Structural or Offshore Engineering (Experience may compensate for lack of formal qualifications).
  • T&I and EPIC Contracts: Experience with T&I (Transportation and Installation) and EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning) contracts.
  • Project Management Leadership: Proven leadership and experience in managing projects, with a strong understanding of project performance metrics (budget, schedule, quality, and safety).
  • Process Development: Experience in developing and maintaining standard project management processes.
  • Regional Experience: Previous experience working in West Africa is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong organizational, management, and communication skills.
    • Confidence, self-motivation, and discipline.
    • Excellent technical and interpersonal skills to facilitate team interaction.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
