You will be responsible for ensuring optimum outcomes of our programmes. You will manage dependencies, split of responsibilities across a multi-organisational programme as well as manage escalations, risks and issues, sourcing of resources internally or from partners, and compile programme performance reporting. The initial program at hand is focusing on IT operations and IT Systemes change management hence experience of IT management is useful.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement program roadmap to achieve optimum customer value
- Optimise the use of the resources assigned to the programme working with Dassault Systemes internal stakeholders and also partners
- Lead in the definition of plans and scope of work, identifying and validating all assumptions and dependencies
- Foster strong team sprit among programme team members and trust-based relationship with the end customer
- Drive project managers to ensure committed quality, margin and schedule
- Monitor progress of tasks and activities in relation to the defined scope, manage escalation if needed, anticipate, communicate and mitigate programme risks and issues within a shared governance structure
- Establish and reinforce process for environment performance management monitoring capabilities and processes as well as software packaging and release
- Manage and report on the programme budget and margin including monitoring purchases and expenses
- Prepare and communicate DS Internal as well as customer focused programme status reporting
Qualifications
- Solid experience in a Project or Programme Management role implementing information systems (PLM, ERP, MES) at enterprise level.
- Experience of aligning project work with Agile principles such as SAFe , LeSS or other Agile deployment methodologies
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills including the ability to convey information at correct level of detail for different audiences: customer executives, business stakeholders, IT stakeholders, and end users
- Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE 2 or similar, as well as the ability to demonstrate consistent and rigorous adherence to the same in projects that you have delivered.
- Experience working with off shore resources and teams
- IT operational management and leadership experience, knowledge and experience of IT global services provision and processes
- Knowledge and experience of IT system change management processes and software configuration controls
- UK based - permitted to work in the UK
- Valid driving licence and access to a car in the UK
