We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction phase of high-voltage (HV) grid connection projects. This role involves managing complex infrastructure builds, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of projects under FIDIC contract frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the construction and delivery of HV grid connection projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Manage contractors and site teams, driving progress against project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies throughout the construction phase.
• Ensure all grid connection requirements are met, including HV works, substations, and interface with DNOs or transmission operators.

Essential Experience
• Proven track record in managing HV grid connection projects through the construction phase.
• Experience with transmission/distribution infrastructure, including substations and cable installations.
• Strong understanding of grid connection processes, DNO engagement, and relevant technical standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Desirable
• Full lifecycle project experience (development through commissioning).
• Knowledge of FIDIC contract forms and construction delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with private wire arrangements and emerging energy infrastructure solutions.
