Our Global Pricing Team is a dynamic group of insurance experts dedicated to navigating through the complex landscape of pricing strategies worldwide. With a deep understanding of the insurance industry's nuances, we craft innovative pricing models that ensure our clients remain competitive in a rapidly evolving market. The team is located across London, Munich, Bucharest, Chicago and New York.
The Impact You Will Have
Take charge of and guide initiatives and projects that are integral to the company's Pricing Transformation strategy. Assist in the implementation of the pricing strategy to ensure its successful execution. Provide support to other teams, especially the Global Product Management function, by offering expertise and assistance on all matters and projects related to pricing.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
- Oversee and manage assigned projects and initiatives related to the Pricing Transformation strategy, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Gather and maintain comprehensive business information relevant to the Pricing Transformation roadmap, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for informed decision-making.
- Provide communication-related assistance for Pricing Transformation initiatives, including crafting messages and updates to effectively convey progress and outcomes.
- Facilitate relevant communications and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support in the execution of the Pricing Transformation strategy.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, debriefs, and training materials related to Pricing Transformation, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in conveying strategic goals and progress.
- Work closely with various teams to integrate pricing-related insights and strategies, fostering a collaborative environment that supports the overall Pricing Transformation objectives.
What You'll Bring to the Role
- University degree
- Excellent Finance and Insurance know-how (ideally P&C)
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Self-motivated / proactive with natural curiosity to ask probing questions and ensure that those questions lead to appropriate action.
- Results orientated with a proven track-record of managing and delivering on-time projects and process improvements.
- Understanding risks and issues, which leads to actionable insights on projects.
- Exposure to both shared and outsourced solutions, as well as support of in-house information and communication systems in a multi-site environment
- Management of Information Systems and Data Handling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage, engage and present to stakeholders
- Experience in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve
- Experience in building and managing relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Experience in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve business processes and decision-making is highly beneficial.
- Excellent spoken and written English - fluency in another European language is a plus.
