What you'll be doing

As a key player in our development team, you'll take charge of post-contract projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will blend technical expertise with strategic relationship-building, working with internal teams and external stakeholders like contractors, local authorities, and funders to ensure smooth project delivery.

In this role, your work will be at the heart of Great Places' mission to provide quality, affordable housing. You'll help shape the future of our communities, contributing to the success of key development projects that align with our broader vision of creating thriving, sustainable neighbourhoods.

What you'll need

We're looking for someone with strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail, who can handle multiple complex tasks. Ideally, you have experience in property development or construction and are familiar with project management software.

You'll also need:

• A degree or equivalent experience.
• A proven record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Strong understanding of the property development process, contract management, and housing market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
