Skills & Experience:

• Must have worked within Pharmaceutical or Medical Device companies, either directly or as a Consultant
• Delivered success on projects in one or more of the following areas of Life Sciences:
  • Research & Development
  • Mergers and Acquisition-specifically integration and change
  • Supply Chain and Distribution
  • Sustainability in the Life Science client or company ecosystem
  • Multiple Corporate functions - e.g. HR, Finance, Procurement, or ITS.
• Demonstrates scientific and/or business expertise specific to Life Sciences in the above areas (for those projects) to a level that earns confidence of stakeholders that are managing those functions
• Full project lifecycle change or product management experience - with demonstrable working experience of different project delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall)
• Previous experience of Business Analysis/ Consultant roles in Life Science projects, working with clients; helping them to achieve their business, technology, strategic and operational goals
• Success in working with Product Managers/owners, UX, copy writers and engineering teams to create next generation digital customer experiences. Additional experience in product launch, customer testing and rapid innovation sprints welcome.

• Contribute to practice activities such as Capability Development, Knowledge Management, Proposition or Solution Development
• Develop focused Thought Leadership assets including industry 'points of view' or 'white papers', podcasts, blogs, video interviews etc.
• Seen as a SME that aides their development through sharing of knowledge, developing in-house training, and coaching.
