The role

Oversee the production and delivery of all of the Always On campaign deliverables within ITV Creative, working alongside the Creative Director to understand and implement their vision across the production of all creative assets. To be the guiding experience and knowledge for all performance marketing within ITV Creative with a clear understanding of all of our platforms and deliverables

Main responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the creative output of the Always On creative team, working alongside the creative director to produce and deliver campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage, book and source resource, facilities and 3rd party specialist skills needed to deliver the creative vision and deliverables
  • Produce and oversee any design templates required, aligning tone of voice and design principles across all formats, with the ability to shape them and react to data and analytics, to create the most effective campaigns.
  • Managing the team and workflow through the Always On team, ensuring all areas are working to deadlines, reporting and managing any delays or changes to MKT plans
  • Key contact for production related deliverables with our media partners, liaising on delivery, spec requirement and reporting any delays or changes that will impact delivery.
  • Establish and help develop new and efficient production processes, bringing discipline and rigour, and assist with rollout and ongoing use of any new systems eg Covid 19 production processes
  • Ensure compliance with Ofcom, editorial policy (compliance) and production guidelines including Health and Safety procedures
  • Providing guidance in practical and developmental ways for all production staff in an ever complex area of the business devising training plans and development alongside the Head of Campaign Production.

Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)

  • Proven experience producing and managing Performance /Always on campaigns
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of all stages of the production process from brief to delivery across all platforms specialising in digital Paid Social, CTV, Partnerships and VOD delivery
  • Extensive Thorough understanding of media deliverables and media plans
  • Proven experience working with media buyers and delivering to 3rd party platforms
  • Proven Experience working with 3rd party specialists in design, animation and post production.
