The Role

Join us to shape outstanding mobility experiences for Barclays colleagues navigating change. You will act as a trusted adviser to WFC Leads, HRBPs, ER and business stakeholders-proactively building strong, influential relationships and ensuring communication is tailored, timely and meaningful. Central to this role is your ability to understand the context and impact of each change programme, recommend the right CTS services, and guide stakeholders with clarity and confidence. You will lead structured kick - offs, maintain disciplined project update routines (with a strong emphasis on live conversations), deliver empathetic colleague briefing sessions, and use data and MI to shape decisions. By embedding strong governance, anticipating risks and escalating appropriately, you will ensure a controlled, well - managed and positive colleague experience throughout every Redeployment project.

Key Accountabilities

1) Core Project & Change Delivery

  • Plan, sequence and deliver multiple Redeployment projects concurrently; manage scope, timeline, dependencies and quality thresholds.
  • Lead structured project kick-offs (incl. roles, RACI, timelines, controls, data flows) and align expectations from day one.
  • Adopt a consultative project approach-advising on CTS services and colleague support relevant to each change programme's context and impact.
  • Establish and maintain disciplined project update routines, prioritising live conversations over email; schedule recurring touchpoints with the WFC Lead to align, unblock issues and progress work.
  • Design and deliver clear, supportive Colleague Briefing Sessions that explain the Redeployment service, encourage engagement and create a safe environment for questions.

2) Communication & Stakeholder Relationship Building

  • Build trusted, proactive relationships with WFC Leads, HRBPs, ER, Change and business stakeholders.
  • Provide concise, structured updates to senior audiences; secure decisions and manage expectations through clear options and next steps.
  • Collaborate across CTS and AMS teams, influence stakeholders through insight and constructive challenge to shape effective outcomes.

3) Risk, Issue & Governance

  • Proactively identify emerging risks/issues, assess potential impacts, and develop timely, practical containment options.
  • Maintain RAID, decision logs and action trackers to a high standard; ensure artefacts are current, accurate and auditable.
  • Follow Barclays/CTS governance; adhere to all required processes, artefacts and control points
  • Apply sound judgement when identifying, managing and escalating risks and issues. Use the Escalation Matrix as a guide and ensure that any Major/High or data - related scenarios are escalated immediately, recognising the critical importance of time sensitivity.

4) Data, MI & Decision Support

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking of project; always reflect the true position.
  • Use approved channels and repositories for data and project updates; safeguard sensitive information and ensure version control.
  • Interpret MI to identify patterns, risks and opportunities; translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Enable timely, evidence-based decisions by presenting structured options with rationale and implications.

5) Business & Domain Knowledge

  • Demonstrate expertise in Barclays mobility services (Redeployment, Pre-deployment, EIM) to act as a credible, consultative adviser.
  • Understand the structure and priorities of different Barclays divisions, tailor delivery and communication accordingly.
  • Link domain knowledge to delivery outcomes to anticipate impacts, shape recommendations and add measurable value.

6) Continuous Improvement & Service Excellence

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews; capture lessons learned and track actions to embed improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, templates and communication routines; contribute to the PM community of practice.
  • Seek and act on stakeholder feedback to enhance experience and delivery consistency.
  • Champion innovation and share best practice to uplift overall CTS delivery standards.
