Full Time

Liverpool + Remote (Hybrid)

£30,000 - £40,000 (dependant on experience)

As a Project Manager at Somewhere, you will be responsible for the efficiency and smooth-running of projects, working with a broad range of clients within the property & place sector.

You are efficient and methodical - planning and guiding project processes from conception to completion. You will plan your projects rigorously and efficiently manage changes in project scope and schedules.

You are a people-person, forging good relationships internally and with our clients.In addition, you are collaborative and a problem solver, working closely with the Senior Project Managers, Client Director, and CG Artists to deliver award-winning creative projects.

You should have:

• Strong previous project management experience
• Experience of working in a property marketing or creative agency
• A passion for architecture, property and place
• Excellent understanding of marketing communications
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and process driven
• Proactive, positive attitude to finding and implementing relevant, efficient solutions
• Desire to take ownership and responsibility
• Ability to excel as part of a team
• Track record of delivering to and exceeding client expectations
• Ability to handle conflict and hold difficult conversations
• Methodical and organised way of working
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Knowledge of best practices for project management
• Good working knowledge of MSOffice/G-Suite

  Finally, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a comparable role
