Mivan Limited is currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Project Manager for high-end interiors projects in London.

The Role:

Project Manager roles are responsible for co-ordinating and managing the necessary resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the client's satisfaction. Main duties will Include:

  • Develop a project plan and ensure the necessary resources are organised to meet the plan. Continually monitor progress and take all necessary steps to ensure the completion date is met.
  • Develop a project budget and ensure the project is delivered within that budget
  • Ensure that all work is carried out to the client's specifications.
  • Ensure that the project resources i.e. staff, labour, plant, materials and sub-contractors are effectively managed.
  • Liaise with clients and their agents to advise on progress and problem resolution as required.
  • Ensure contractual conditions are adhered to and the contractual position is not compromised.
  • Monitor the financial performance of the project and take all necessary steps to minimise costs.
  • Proactively develop relationships with clients.
  • Proactively participate in value engineering to maximise project contribution.
  • Ensure that a high standard of safety is maintained throughout the project and that all relevant environmental and health & safety regulations and procedures are adhered to.

The Person:

Applicants should possess relevant qualifications, have a strong joinery background and have extensive joinery management experience on interior fit-out type projects.

Candidates must have excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills along with sound commercial acumen. Candidates should also have experience working in a pressurised environment with the ability to keep calm under pressure and go the extra mile to meet deadlines and targets.
