Are you an experienced Project Planner looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join a prestigious high-end residential project, including a leisure facility and boat house. This is a unique opportunity to work on a luxurious 6-bedroom property with 7 staff rooms, offering an exciting and dynamic work environment.

As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the project, from initial planning and scheduling to budgeting and resource allocation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining project schedules
• Monitoring and controlling project budgets
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. A degree in construction management or a related field, along with relevant industry certifications, will be highly advantageous.
