Newcastle & North of England (Full-time) Hybrid / Salary - £50,000 + car allowance

Job Description
What You'll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of installation projects from start to finish, ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
- Juggle multiple projects at once, keeping everything moving smoothly.
- Spot risks early in contracts and find smart solutions.
- Drive financial success by forecasting revenue and managing cashflow effectively.
- Bring together teams and resources to hit key milestones.
- Stay ahead of challenges with proactive risk management and problem-solving.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders through clear, consistent updates.
- Lead key meetings, from kick-off to handover, ensuring alignment at every stage.
- Keep projects on track with accurate documentation, budgets, and reporting.
- Champion a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all sites.
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
- Solid project management experience, ideally in installation, construction, or technical environments
- Strong new business prospecting skills within the Fire market.
- Proven track record managing large and/or multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of project management processes and methodologies
- Ability to forecast, report, and maintain financial control
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
Desirable
- Experience with NEC or JCT contracts
- Prince II, APM, or similar certification
- Experience maximising install margins and revenue performance
