What you'll do
- Work alongside the Culture & Ambition Workstream Sponsor and Leads to ensure culture initiatives are delivered optimally to agreed timescales and achieving the required culture change outcomes
- Work with Culture initiative owners to develop detailed project plans, including success metrics and landmark plans
- Ensure that culture change initiatives align with the overall goals of the Evolution Programme
- Monitor project progress, budgets, project reporting and partner meetings
- Identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies where needed
Who you are
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to successful outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in driving culture change initiatives is a plus
