This role can be flexibly performed from London, Luxembourg, Munich, or Madrid.
We are looking for bright and ambitious individuals to join the EU 3P Heavy Bulky team to make Amazon the preferred Heavy Bulky platform for our Customers and Sellers, a focus area for EU Amazon. In the 3P Heavy Bulky business we are constantly innovating to deliver best-in-class experience including premium services Scheduled Delivery (SD), Room of Choice (RoC), and additional services like installation, unpacking, recycling etc. to our customers that buy products such as fridges, sofas, large screen TVs, furniture etc. SellerFlex enables 3P Heavy Bulky Sellers to provide FBA parity customer experience whilst shipping from their own warehouse.
What is the role?
You will join us as a Program Manager and shall own the Unified Delivery and Services (UDS) program charter for EU SellerFlex and FBA Heavy Bulky.
Key job responsibilities
• Own 3P Unified Delivery and Services OP2 (LT/ Director) goal, including metric reporting and progress tracking
• Lead the identification and resolution of 3P specific structural gaps to enable Unified Delivery and Services for all eligible Amazon Fulfillment Network (AFN) offers
• Serve as the primary representative for EU 3P AFN UDS in business reviews and leadership forums
• Develop and manage seller education programs through webinars and newsletters to increase adoption of 3P UDS
• Collaborate with Retail Services, Sales, and Account Management teams to expand service-eligible selection on EU 3P AFN channels, improving customer experience (CX) and seller growth
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies for EU Heavy Bulky & Services, focusing on making Amazon the preferred Heavy Bulky platform for customers and sellers
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.), and SQL
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Working SQL knowlledge
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
