Project Manager - Entry-Level
Location: Coventry, Hatfield, or London.
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll support the delivery of key customer projects, either managing smaller projects or contributing to larger ones. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure projects are completed successfully, safely, and with high customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Assist in managing customer projects from planning through to completion.
- Support project tasks, ensuring they align with scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Build strong client relationships, representing their needs within Schneider Electric.
- Help identify risks and participate in solving issues as they arise.
- Track project costs and contribute to budget management.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure safety standards are met throughout.
- Take part in reviewing lessons learned to improve future projects.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for candidates who are eager to grow their project management skills, especially in energy management or construction.
- Some experience or familiarity with projects in energy or construction is preferred.
- Experience in data centres is helpful but not essential.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is great but not required.
- Relevant experience or certifications are equally valuable.
- Knowledge of project management tools like MS Excel and MS Project is helpful, but training can be provided.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (verbal and written).
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
