We're now looking for a Project Manager to join our Learning Experience (LX) team.

Our passion is to deliver great learning projects and superior results for our clients and as a Project Manager you are in the forefront of the business. You'll build relationships with global clients, helping to identify their needs and propose solutions together with leading multi-functional teams in content production, technical platforms and consulting. This includes managing scope, budget and schedule as we deliver high quality learning products and experiences.

You will work closely with learning designers, software engineers, account managers and consultants, servicing our clients as a trusted delivery partner on long term, high value programmes of work. The role is complex and multifaceted. It calls for the ability to manage your time efficiently, communicate clearly and concisely and have strong attention to detail whilst always keeping your eye on the bigger picture.

Based in the UK, this role can be undertaken on a remote basis.

Job Summary

  • Understand the strategic priorities of the customer, reacting with pace to the ever-changing requirements, often limited briefs and at times ambiguous requirements.
  • Create realistic detailed plans that meet the needs of the customer and are achievable with the cost and resource allocated and align appropriate resources to complete the work.
  • Forecast project costs to keep all efforts within budget, ensure appropriate client invoicing, and contribute to revenue forecasts.
  • Take responsibility for creating high quality documentation which provides customers with a comprehensive understanding of the plans, budgets and progress trackers.
  • Build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all stakeholders with the aim of securing repeat requests for support.
  • Ensure team cohesion across all disciplines and vendors, and act as a positive role model to engender a culture that promotes collaboration and customer focus .
  • Project manage the learning activities and resourcing throughout the lifecycle of the learning project until all requirements have been delivered, including the tracking of milestones, revenue, and non-billable activity .
  • Coordinate deployment of materials to clients Learning Management System.
  • Project manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Review, analyze and produce clear, accurate reports on data to senior management and colleagues, escalating risks as appropriate.
  • Define and implement post implementation reviews which validate the effectiveness of the learning and support provided .

Qualifications

You'll be an experienced project manager in a learning environment, with proven experience of successfully managing all aspects of the project budget, accurate monthly revenue forecasting and client invoicing to deliver on time and in full, quality blended learning solutions.

  • Experience of delivering both digital and non-digital learning solutions.
  • Detailed knowledge of the digital learning production process.
  • Experience with waterfall and agile processes and ideally an equivalent qualification, e.g., Prince 2, PMP, Six Sigma or Agile.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to various senior stakeholders .
  • Ability to think critically and make well-informed decisions quickly Client facing experience delivering projects with confidence and clarity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing demands and conditions .
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office or G-Suite.
  • Knowledge of Financial Service/Global Banking clients is preferred .
