Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: £60,350 depending on skills and experience + Car Allowance
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a direct team and multi-functional teams to drive risk mitigation and develop opportunities in future phases of the Dreadnought Programme with a focus on integration
- Helping identify and advance opportunities to support the Dreadnought Alliance to establish plans and further the execution of those plans
- Compiling budgets for upcoming plans and providing aid to confirm and justify funding
- You will be acting as a key interface with the customer and liaising with the wider Dreadnought Alliance ensuring continuous engagement
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience of working within cross-functional Project Management role
- Experience of managing communications across multiple teams
- Excellent Stakeholder Management experience up to senior level
Desirable:
- Engineering or Commissioning experience is advantageous
- Project Management qualification such as the APM or an Engineering Degree
- Experience in Risk Management
- Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies

The Platform Integration Group Team:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Platform Integration Group Team where you will lead a variety of teams for the Dreadnought Submarine Programme. Here you will have great exposure to the customer and the flexibility to provide solutions to improve the business.
You will also chance to provide forward thinking solutions for the next phases of the Dreadnought Programme, which will allow you to shape the future direction of the programme. This role will also offer great development opportunities for your career with BAE Systems
