Job Title: Project Manager – Delivery

Salary: From £56,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing and coordinating the maturing design of a Major Area
- Resolving spatial issues and conflicts between internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating and leading Major Area reviews
- Developing and maintaining a cross-functional integrated plan for the Major Area
- Driving demand on stakeholders to ensure the work supports the major design plan, and ultimately the build
- Managing the performance of the Major Area team’s core members
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Project Management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management experience (up to senior management)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proven experience of leading and developing teams
Desirable:
- An Engineering and/or Integration background
- JIRA and Confluence exposure would be beneficial
- Understanding technical drawings and specifications
- Experience managing budgets, cost and resource

The Major Area team:
This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of the next generation SSNA-AUKUS Submarine programme. This is a varied role where you’ll be working cross-functionally and gain excellent exposure across multiple business areas. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
