Job Title: Project Manager – Delivery

Salary: From £56,000 depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing and coordinating the maturing design of a Major Area
• Resolving spatial issues and conflicts between internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating and leading Major Area reviews
• Developing and maintaining a cross-functional integrated plan for the Major Area
• Driving demand on stakeholders to ensure the work supports the major design plan, and ultimately the build
• Managing the performance of the Major Area team’s core members

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Project Management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management experience (up to senior management)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proven experience of leading and developing teams

Desirable:

• An Engineering and/or Integration background
• JIRA and Confluence exposure would be beneficial
• Understanding technical drawings and specifications
• Experience managing budgets, cost and resource

The Major Area team:

This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of the next generation SSNA-AUKUS Submarine programme. This is a varied role where you’ll be working cross-functionally and gain excellent exposure across multiple business areas. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
