Job Title: Project Manager – Data & Reporting
Location: Warton – Onsite
Salary: £54,793
What you’ll be doing:

Delivering the project management requirements within the programme, including and not limited to; schedule, project management plan, risk & opportunities, key decisions, issue management etc.

Establishing and maintaining effective configuration control via a project management baseline and implementing and delivering programme change control mechanisms.

Integrating and de-conflicting the workstream’s plans with those from the rest of the Spartan programme on an ongoing basis.

Managing and de-conflicting programme resources including costs/budgets, personnel, and facilities in order to keep control of cost, schedule and output quality.

Providing robust project metrics and reports in accordance with project’s reporting requirements and in support of tactical interventions and issue resolution.

Integrating cross functional teams and multiple suppliers utilising the various PM competency requirements

Implementing, managing and ensuring appropriate level of planning and governance is in place in support of Life Cycle Management maturity reviews from mobilisation to project closure
Your skills and experiences:
-
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of PM Integration policies, processes, procedures and systems.

Comprehensive PM Experience demonstrated in a professional capacity and the specialist skills to ensure procedures are followed with the ability to define the standards which the others will operate. Guides others in application of PM processes.

Good knowledge and experience of PM governance and assurance processes for LCM Reviews.

Experience of building relationships and negotiating outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
-
Experience gathering and analysing information.
-
Experience supporting development of solutions and of implementation approaches.

The Spartan Data and Analytics Workstream team:
The Spartan programme is leading a significant business investment to modernise the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capabilities we use in the support and services business. Working across a wide range of functions and lines of business we will deploy a leading-edge ERP solution based upon Infor’s LN10.8 application software.
The data team are supporting this multi-year business change programme with migration and/or archiving of vast amounts of business data from legacy systems, and the migration of business reporting capabilities to support the new application.
