Salary: Circa £100,000

Start Date: ASAP

Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:30

Contract: Likely 12-24 month FTC (aligned to project delivery), with potential extension

What you'll do:

Lead the day-to-day delivery of the CRM migration

Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies

Act as the key link between business, IT, and suppliers

Drive rollout and adoption across the branch network

What we're looking for:

Proven project delivery experience (CRM / systems-led change)

Strong stakeholder management skills

Ability to drive progress and challenge constructively

A clear communicator who gets things done

This is not a reporting role - it's a delivery role
