Job Title: Project Manager – Cost Management

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

· The development and management of a multi discipline team delivering project controls services throughout the Site, Facilities & Infrastructure business

· Leading and managing all aspects of cost management and controls across project and overall programme

· The production of various cost reports, including cost, risk & schedule for presentation to senior management and customers

· Management of overall EAC (estimate at completion) and progress reporting using earned value techniques as appropriate

· Responsible for overall capital and revenue planning in the short and long term window

· Providing clear and accurate Management Information to the project delivery teams to enable informed decision making

· Drive and maintain reporting cadence within the Site & Facilities Project delivery organisation

· Work closely with Site & Facilities Heads of Departments to ensure alignment to the function objectives

· Supervisory responsibilities and providing information/technical direction and guidance

· Coaching members of the team, monitoring their quality of work and contributing to performance management

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

· Project Management Qualification or equivalent experience

· Experience in producing reports for all audiences

· Excellent excel and data analytics skills with the ability to synthesize and present data to all stakeholders, within the business

· A good communicator with the ability to adapt language to suit different stakeholders, from technical teams to senior management

Desirable:

· Previous experience working within a Site, Infrastructure & Facilities environment

The Site & Facilities PMO team:

An exciting opportunity to join a newly established PMO function within Site & Facilities. Leading the team to support a growing and varied portfolio of projects in Site & Facilities across the Barrow site.

This role offers a wide range of exposure to different teams across the Barrow site, whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function and work across various functions.

We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
