What you'll be doing

As a Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be a change agent and leader, inspiring multi-disciplinary teams to drive performance and achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle - from initiation to handover
  • Manage budgets, resources, and risks effectively
  • Lead and inspire project teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure strict health, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and clear communication
  • Drive digital innovation and implement modern construction techniques

Who we're looking for

  • Proven experience leading civil engineering projects
  • Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and commercial management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams
  • Knowledge of safety management systems and construction regulations
  • Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools
  • A solution-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Full UK driving licence
