Job Title: Project Manager - Capital Market

Location: London, UK

Travel/Relocation/Remote: Hybrid 3 days / Week

Capgemini is seeking a Project Manager - Capital Market

• Manage project/program timelines and deliverables, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and associated risks.
• Perform hybrid Project Manager (PM) and Business Analyst (BA) duties, facilitating both business and technology changes.
• Identify, attempt to rectify, and escalate issues and risks, using an analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Clearly articulate complex topics to both technology and business stakeholders.
• Hybrid PM/BA Experience: Strong experience in managing projects, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Business Analyst Role: Proven experience in delivering both business and technology changes.
• Financial Services Industry: In-depth understanding of Credit products.
• Business Analysis Methodologies: Proficient in applying industry-standard methodologies, including Agile and software delivery lifecycle.
• Agile/Scrum Understanding: Desirable for the hybrid BA/PM role.
• Autonomous Operation: Ability to work independently.
• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Banking Product Knowledge: Familiarity with various banking products.
• Large-Scale Customer Migrations: Experience in handling large-scale customer migrations.
• ISEB Business Analysis Certification: Preferred qualification.
• Relevant Degree: Degree or equivalent in IT or Business Analysis related discipline.
