Our Dentsu/Amplifi Media Partnerships Team is a cornerstone of our top-tier services. As a creative and bespoke media service division of Dentsu/Amplifi, sitting within our Algorithm Accelerator team, our mission is to innovate for clients, to deliver incremental value beyond traditional activation, crafting innovative media sponsorships, partnerships, and content that captivate audiences and enable brands to connect through culture. We collaborate seamlessly with every Dentsu department to produce bold, unconventional media content, elevating our craft and solutions fit for the algorithmic era.

We're hiring for a Project Manager as part of Media Partnerships Team in London.

Purpose of the Role

As a Project Manager you will be a Key Contributor, playing a pivotal role within our established Team, activating a wide range of media campaigns for clients across multiple sectors and ensuring every project lands with precision, pace and measurable impact. You will take full ownership through End‑to‑End Project Management, coordinating seamlessly between clients, media owners and internal dentsu teams to deliver flawless execution and achieve campaign objectives. Bringing a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset, you will apply a Solutions‑Oriented Approach to ensure complex media projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Oversee multiple client campaigns day‑to‑day, applying strong organisation, media expertise and sound judgement to deliver smooth, solutions‑led execution even under pressure.
  • Client & Partner Relationships: Build trusted, collaborative relationships with clients, dentsu planning teams, media owners and third‑party partners, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination.
  • End‑to‑End Delivery: Manage full campaign lifecycles-from briefing to activation to post‑campaign evaluation-while upholding dentsu's gold‑standard processes and ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Financial Operations: Work closely with finance teams to support precise invoicing, reconciliation and payment workflows, maintaining strong financial hygiene across all campaigns.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Use Microsoft Office confidently to produce clear weekly reports, status updates, finance trackers and structured end‑of‑campaign presentations that highlight performance and insight.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all campaign outputs meet high standards of accuracy, compliance and effectiveness, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues and improving ways of working.

Person Specification

  • Project Management Experience: Proven background delivering end‑to‑end projects within media or marketing, ensuring effective planning, execution and evaluation.
  • Campaign Oversight & Prioritisation: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, prioritising workload efficiently and consistently exceeding client expectations.
  • Problem‑Solving & Ownership: Strong problem‑solving capability with resilience, resourcefulness and a proactive sense of ownership when navigating challenges.
  • Collaboration & Communication: A confident, collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, able to build strong working relationships across teams and with external partners.
  • Market Knowledge: Up‑to‑date understanding of media market trends, developments and channel performance, applying insight to inform recommendations and decision‑making.
  • Commercial & Financial Awareness: Solid understanding of commercial processes and financial workflows, supporting accurate budgeting, tracking and financial governance.
