About The Role

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality CAT A, CAT B, and bespoke fit-out projects across the workplace, retail, and hospitality sectors. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of project outcomes, and brings a blend of technical expertise, client management, and on-site leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project delivery.
  • Oversee project planning, sequencing, and risk management, ensuring proactive problem-solving throughout.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams, maintaining strong communication and reporting.
  • Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations, company procedures, and industry best practice.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and design information, flagging clashes or opportunities for value engineering.
  • Manage procurement schedules, variations, progress reports, and project documentation.
  • Drive a positive site culture focused on quality, collaboration, and accountability.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects, ideally within the London interiors market.
  • Strong understanding of CAT A/CAT B processes, sequencing, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Confident managing multiple trades and subcontractors on fast-track programmes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, technical details, and contractual information.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (preferred).
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a commitment to high standards.
