Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) are seeking a capable and proactive Project Manager (Grade B) to join Projects and Consulting to lead and support the successful delivery of projects across multiple client engagements. This role involves overseeing planning, governance, financial tracking, risk management, and delivery coordination to ensure projects meet their objectives. The position sits within the broader Engagement Management community and supports increasingly complex delivery needs.
The Engagement Management community provides project governance, administration, and delivery support across the organisation. Our UK- and India-based teams include both generalists and subject matter experts, offering opportunities for professional development, mentoring, chargeable engagements, and long-term career growth.

Your role
As a Project Manager you'll be responsible for
- Provide structured project management across planning, delivery, and governance activities.
- Oversee project documentation, organisational materials, and knowledge repositories.
- Manage project reporting cycles, including status updates, dashboards, governance reports, and financial tracking.
- Lead or contribute to RAIDE management and change control activities.
- Support or lead resource management tasks, including capacity reviews and allocation planning.
- Maintain effective communication across teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Support compliance with organisational processes and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and best-practice adoption.

Your skills and experience
- Experience leading small projects and supporting large programmes.
- Competent in Project Financials and Change Management
- Strong analytical and numerical skills and excellent written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Team leadership or supervisory experience in client-facing environments and experience communicating complex issues or working with clients.
Technologies
Essential: MS Project ,MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Microsoft Teams;.
Desirable: SharePoint, Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power BI).
Certification
Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent
