The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) on a 12 month FTC.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record of successfully managing and leading global projects through the full project lifecycle in a professional services company, ideally a law firm.
You will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role leads cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, translating business objectives into actionable plans, managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with disciplined project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive delivery in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

This role will be based in our London office with hybrid working.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a project manager with a proven track record of successfully managing and leading global projects through the full project lifecycle in a professional services company, ideally a law firm.
- Experience with software development, infrastructure/cloud projects, data platforms, cybersecurity initiatives, or enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated ability across the project lifecycle to manage budgets, timelines, resourcing, change, communications, risk and project scope while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Experience of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Advanced organisational and influencing skills, flexibility of style, attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressured, detail-oriented environment.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities under uncertainty and time pressure.
- Excellent people skills with a track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM or equivalent project management certifications.
