Project Manager - High-End / Luxury Residential - Godalming

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-end residential builder delivering luxury bespoke homes in Godalming and the surrounding areas.

This role requires a strong leader with a proven background in managing high-spec residential new builds and refurbishments from pre-construction through to handover. You will be responsible for programme delivery, cost control, subcontractor management, and maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout.

Key responsibilities:

• Overall project management from inception to completion
• Programme planning and delivery
• Managing subcontractors and site teams
• Budget control and cost reporting
• Quality assurance to luxury finish standards
• Client, consultant and stakeholder liaison
• Ensuring full Health & Safety compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering high-end or luxury residential projects
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
