The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and several new project wins, the company is hiring a Project Manager to take responsibility for delivering multiple fit out schemes concurrently. This is a brand-new role created to support the expanding workload, offering genuine progression as the business continues to scale.

You'll be running projects end-to-end, typically managing two or more live sites at a time, ensuring programmes are met, clients are well supported, and financials are tightly controlled.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial fit out projects ranging from £300k to £4m
• Manage two projects concurrently, ensuring both run smoothly and efficiently
• Develop, manage, and track project programmes
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
• Oversee subcontractors, site teams, and supply chain partners
• Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Manage project financials including valuations, variations, cost control, and forecasting
• Work closely with senior leadership and the wider delivery team to ensure successful outcomes
• Drive a proactive, solutions-focused approach across all stages of the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering commercial fit out or refurbishment projects
• Comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of programming, sequencing, and site delivery
• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
• Solid commercial awareness and experience managing project financials
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a close-knit team
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid beneficial
