Here at evoke plc, our Project Managers are accountable for the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects across the group. They plan, execute, and oversee initiatives to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget, while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholders effectively.

Based in Leeds, as part of a central pool of Project Managers, you'll be flexibly deployed across business areas depending on organisational needs, providing delivery agility and building breadth of knowledge.

What you will be doing:

  • Delivering projects of varying complexity across multiple business areas, ensuring quality outcomes and value realisation
  • Developing and managing project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Apply standardised governance, tools, and processes in line with the enterprise framework
  • Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Providing clear, accurate, and timely reporting on project progress, risks, and delivery confidence
  • Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into tangible deliverables
  • Ensuring effective change management and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles
  • Rotating across business units and domains to support delivery agility and enterprise-wide learning and contributing to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.

Who we are looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You'll have excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, and waterfall)
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet). With experience managing budgets, benefits, and project financials
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills alongside full understanding of enterprise governance, risk management, and reporting standards
  • Professional certification is desirable (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, AgilePM, SAFe)
