Project Manager (4-5 Years Experience)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead medium-scale technology and operations initiatives within our organisation. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of hands-on project management experience, with a strong background in financial services. Experience managing or supporting a platform migration to Pershing is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end project activities, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating the ability to hit the ground running and quickly adapt to new environments.
3. Establish clear procedures, frameworks, and documentation to ensure strong project governance and consistent execution.
4. Partner with technology, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage dependencies.
5. Lead status meetings, maintain project documentation, and provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders.
6. Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution.

Qualifications

1. 4-5 years of project management experience, ideally in financial services or wealth management.
2. Prior experience with Pershing conversions or migrations highly preferred.
3. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and drive initiatives forward quickly in uncertain environments.
4. Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
5. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).
