As a Project Manager at Energetics, you will take ownership of utility construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will play a key part in meeting client expectations and driving successful outcomes that are ready for adoption by asset owners.

Your responsibilities as a Project Manager:
- Lead multi-utility projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery meets contract terms, timelines, and quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate all works and resources, including scheduling, ordering major plant and equipment, and managing permits and compliance requirements.
- Champion health, safety, and quality, preparing project-specific RAMS and maintaining safe working practices throughout every stage.
- Manage project finances and reporting, overseeing budgets, cash flow, billing, and working closely with the commercial team to resolve variations and disputes.
- Build strong relationships and drive collaboration, liaising with clients, stakeholders, and asset owners, attending progress meetings, and ensuring excellent customer service while protecting Energetics' brand and reputation.
Experience / Knowledge:
- Experience operating in the utility or construction industries, or similar sectors
- Commercial acuity and demonstrable project, financial and contract management skills
- Good IT skills.
- Working knowledge of CDM Regulations.
