About the Role

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join a dynamic commercial design and build team based in Waterlooville. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects across the commercial, industrial and retail sector, with values ranging up to £5.5 million.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is programme-focused, and has a solid understanding of MEP coordination and construction sequencing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
  • Manage project programmes, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery
  • Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards
  • Monitor budgets, procurement schedules, and project reporting
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing commercial construction or fit-out projects
  • Strong understanding of project programming and sequencing
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and comfortable reviewing technical drawings
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project performance
  • Full UK driving licence
