As Project Manager you'll be at the forefront of transformational projects. From high-impact refurbishments and cutting-edge digital integrations to launching new F&B propositions and retail strategy upgrades, you'll deliver excellence on a global scale. Whether it's mobilising new contracts, supporting strategic sales bids, or driving operational change, no two days will be the same.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, reporting directly into the Managing Director and playing a pivotal role in the business's evolution through 2026 and beyond.

This is a full time position, 40 hours per week, but with the flexibility to work condensed hours across 4 days. The role is based in London but requires travel across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead diverse projects across the UK and EMEA
• Own project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement
• Drive innovation through digital platforms and retail refreshes
• Spearhead new business transitions and support major bids
• Influence strategy and client engagement at the highest level

• Strong background in hospitality, catering, or food services
• Proven project management skills across multiple client accounts
• Sharp commercial mindset and budget control expertise
• Confident communicator with global stakeholder experience
• Self-starter with exceptional time and priority management
