Project Manager

Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £55,000pa

We are looking for someone with experience of managing and working with IT projects to join our Transformation team.

You would manage agreed Business and IT projects to be delivered on time, within budget, within scope and to required quality standards.

This will involve managing multiple projects at one time and will require effective communication with key stakeholders at all levels within the organisation and with external third parties.

About you

For this role you will need the following skills and experience:

• A proven track record within a project management environment with a good understanding of both waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
• Confidence, tact, and a persuasive manner to build relationships and influence, both with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience of project planning, ideally with MS Project.
• Previous experience of working with third party software companies.
• Project Manager Accreditation e.g. Prince, APM is desirable.
• Previous experience of working within financial services is desirable.
