We are working with a leading construction company recognized for delivering high-quality projects while maintaining financial integrity and operational excellence. With a strong reputation in the high-end residential and bespoke construction market, we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive complex projects to successful completion.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Project Manager with a background in high-end construction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects from inception to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to coordinate project delivery and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Create comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource requirements
  • Lead day-to-day project execution, ensuring effective coordination and communication across all teams
  • Monitor progress and performance, making real-time adjustments to keep projects on track
  • Identify and manage risks, resolving issues promptly to minimise impact
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to clients and senior management
  • Foster a collaborative, motivated team environment
  • Maintain accurate, organised, and up-to-date project documentation

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, ideally within the construction or high-end residential sector
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex builds
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g. MS Project or similar)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
