This is an exciting time to join the Innovation Programme as we look to deliver a pipeline of novel innovative solutions across our geography in 2025/26. The role provides an excellent opportunity for an individual who brings strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills and is keen to work in the NHS and in the field of cancer.

We are seeking an individual with enthusiasm and relevant skills who is adaptable, well-organised and a determined team player. You will bring dynamism, positivity and a collaborative attitude to the NCL Cancer Alliance team and will be given the opportunity to work on groundbreaking advancements in the delivery of cancer care, treatment, and research both at the local and national level.

You must have experience of developing high-quality project plans and a track record of successful project delivery. Given the complexities of delivering innovation projects, it is preferable that you will have experience within this area although this is not essential. You will bring innovative thinking and strong analytical skills to contribute to project development and delivery in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, and be confident to challenge senior clinical and managerial stakeholders where appropriate.

You will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and whilst our team are on hand to support, will be expected to perform autonomously. You must have experience in managing complex budgets, and ensure resources are allocated appropriately across the programme.

This would be an excellent role for an individual interested in working within cancer and who is seeking to grow their project management experience within the NHS.

If this role fits your profile, we would love to have you as part of our team.
