TSC Subsea is a global specialist in developing advanced remotely deployed subsea NDT inspection solutions to assess the structural integrity of offshore assets.

Purpose

As a Project Manager at TSC Subsea Ltd, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of multiple onshore and offshore projects. These will include Operational inspection projects, onshore trials and validations and client factory acceptance tests (FATS). You will have fully autonomy for the financial performance of your projects, be responsible for planning resources and procurement through to final delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client communication, and offshore operations. This role requires the ability to work with cross-functional teams across different time zones, maintain project budgets, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and offshore teams.
  • Evaluate risks throughout projects ensuring risk mitigation actions are performed
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
  • Project scope breakdown and definition according to project proposal
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to offshore services.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project progress and compliance measures.
  • Analysis of critical tasks & application for necessary quality assurance measures to ensure desired outcome
  • Analysis of skill and competence requirements based on content of tasks
  • Manage workshops and field activities to achieve project goals
  • To be self-sufficient, travel alone or as part of a team in support of above said activities

Experience and qualifications:

Required

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in offshore services, oil & gas or heavy industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work with international teams, flexible with time zones, and willing to travel if necessary.
  • Experience in leading multidiscipline project teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SAP).
  • Experience in reporting and communicating project development outside the project
  • Skilled in communicating verbally and in writing
  • Complete knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD and Manufacturer specific software for advanced technologies.
  • Hold a full UK driving License.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Advanced non-destructive testing methods and technologies such as Phased Array, Time of flight diffraction, ACFM and/or Pulsed Eddy Current.
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing mechanical systems in a laboratory or field setting.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and best practices for designing mechanical systems in industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, including OSHA, ISO 45001, and offshore safety protocols.
  • Knowledge of inspection programs for pipelines, structures, and equipment in offshore settings.
