Our Business Service Group (BSG) business continues to grow and we are now looking for an experienced and well organised Project Manager to join our established team on a remote or hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in a similar project manager role where they have gained knowledge and experience from concept to implementation, excellent communicator and able to work under pressure in a multi disciplined team.

The Team
The Project Management team, comprised of specialists that support the XPS Administration business in Project Management and Project Support. The team is located across the XPS Administration national offices.
The Role
As a Project Manager with XPS you will:
- Drive successful project delivery for small to medium sized projects from concept to implementation.
- Leading all meetings, communications and assist in the tracking and charging of fees associated.
- Produce documentations, plans and time lines.
- Managing projects across XPS Group for DB and DC schemes and the Annuity/ Insurance area of pensions administration.
- Managing business change projects and the development of new systems/enhancement of existing systems.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Your profile
Essential Criteria
- Proven experiences in project management, from concept to implementation.
- Previous project management experience from pensions industry is highly desirable.
- Good standard of education.
- Candidates without such qualifications but who possess relevant project management experience will be considered.
- Working towards Prince 2 qualification (or similar) beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of pensions would be beneficial.
- Excellent presentation skills.
