BAM UK&I are recruiting a Project manager to join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office team.

Your mission

Reporting to the Head of EPMO, the role will lead, manage and deliver transformation projects established to deliver the BAM Transformational Change agenda.
The Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects that underpin the Transformation Programme in line with agreed scope, quality, time and cost.
This aim of this role and the Transformation function is to deliver the change required to enable our organisation to achieve its vision. Working with Sponsors & Senior Stakeholders to translate strategy into outcomes, define the roadmap for change and ensure that the programmes and projects are delivered to time, cost and quality. The role will role model Programme & Project delivery best practice and actively contribute towards the development of BAM's Business Change & Delivery capability.

Who are we looking for?

You will be a team player, have a great sense of humor and excellent interpersonal skills, all of which enable you to develop strong and trusted relationships within the organisation.
You will be keen to contribute to the achievement of the Business's long-term strategic growth and will ideally have some or all the following:
• Track record of delivering projects to time, cost and quality.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communicator.
• Self-motivated, proactive and customer focused with excellent organisational skills.
• Experience in business analysis and requirement definition
• Knowledge of project governance frameworks, planning tools, delivery methodologies and best practices
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
• Have experience managing multiple stakeholders and external suppliers within a single project.
• Demonstrable blend of business, IT, financial and communication skills, as this is a highly visible position with substantial impact
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations
• Previous project management experience
• Experience of managing both business and IT projects
• Willingness to travel to other UK locations
